Modelling should be viewed as a form of theatre... Throw yourself in to it and see what happens. Try and go a bit crazy even... See what happens. Its all about pushing boundaries to get 'the shot' that gets people talking!

Much the same with portraits, the collaboration between model and photographer is identified in the images they create... If the model feels at ease then they are more likely to be themselves without being concerned about the camera. A 'relaxed' pose and expression creates a beautiful photograph...

In general, women are much more self conscious about their bodies... Much more so than men. I want them to feel empowered by their images. I want them to think, 'I dont care what people think, I'm doing this for me!' It's about self esteem - Feeling better about themselves. The fact that people might find the images attractive is almost 'by the by!' This helps create an iconic image!
